Background
La Dolce Vita Cakes & Pastries is a homebased baking and cake decorating business established in 2013 with a goal to provide artisan cakes and dessert that are thoughtfully baked from scratch using premium ingredients and passionately decorated. Registered with the DTI and BIR, it caters to end-consumers and corporate clients servicing the Metro Manila area.
Born out of love and passion for baking, sole proprietor and cake decorator Chinky began her journey into the craft as a child making tasty homemade desserts as an outlet for her abundant creativity and flair. What was once a hobby became a full-fledged business specializing in bespoke cake artistry and delectable delights. Chinky has taken up several masterclasses under the esteemed tutelage of world-renowned cake decorators. She is an expert in producing clean lines and sharp edges, handmade sugar flowers, edible 3D sculptures, and complex cake structures made with precision and skill. Learning never stops and Chinky continually takes classes to keep abreast of new techniques and changes in the cake industry.
La Dolce Vita quickly earned recognition for amazing tasting cakes crafted with unique style and exceptional customer service. To this day, the brand has made more than 2500+ cakes and continues to bring joy and satisfaction to thousands of clients.

OUR ADVOCACY
LaDolceVita Cakes & Pastries supports theCancerWarriors Foundation Inc. by bringing smiles to children afflicted with the illness on the day of their birthday. The foundation is a Philippine-based patient support organization for families of children with childhood cancer. It leads the fight for children/adolescents with cancer, childhood cancer survivors and their families.
LDV collaborates with the foundation to know the birthdays and location of the children, makes a cake of their favorite character, and delivers it on the day of their birthday.
In photo is Angel Miguel of Sta. Mesa, Manila who was diagnosed with ALL (Leukemia) at 3 y.o. and was undergoing chemotherapy treatment. She turned 9 that day and was on the way to making a full recovery.
